The Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Keshopur was constituted on 29.01.2001. Ch. Chet Ram Wholesale Fruits and Vegetable Market Keshopur is its Principal Yard for the marketing of fruits and vegetables. The market area of this Committee is spread over in the area of 15.58 acres. The commission agents/Traders were working from Chaukhandi market (Tilak Nagar) were shifted to Keshopur fruit and vegetable market which was earlier a sub-yard of APMC Azadpur.
There are 99 shops for commission agents and 107 are for wholesalers. Out of 107, Twenty one shops have not been allotted to anyone. Apart from this 62 phars were allotted to other remaining wholesalers in open area, wherein they have erected temporally structure long back for the safety of fruit and vegetables from the sun and rain.
